I grew up in and around an auction house, so this world has always felt familiar — not just the objects, but the pace, the people, and the way these businesses really work behind the scenes.
Over the past decade, I’ve built on that foundation through roles in marketing, partnerships, and digital projects, helping businesses modernise how they operate and connect with clients. Along the way, I’ve learned that successful change isn’t about dramatic overhauls. It’s about thoughtful improvements that people can actually understand, use, and feel comfortable with.

This isn’t a sector I’ve come into from the outside. I’ve been around auction houses from an early age, so I understand the rhythm of how they run.
